Mile Ledger notices when you drive and logs every trip in the background. When you arrive, file it as Business, Personal or Charity with one tap from your iPhone Lock Screen or Apple Watch. At tax time, it builds the report. Your trips stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud, so G Wiz never sees where you drive.
Try it free for 14 days. If you keep it, it is one payment of $24.99 — no subscription, no account, and no server of ours holding your trips.
Mile Ledger records each drive in the background, without you opening the app or pressing start.
When you arrive, file the trip as Business, Personal or Charity right from the notification on your iPhone Lock Screen or Apple Watch.
If a business calendar appointment lines up with the end of a drive, it can fill in that trip's business purpose for you. Mile Ledger only reads your calendar and never changes it.
Export a PDF and a CSV, with each trip valued at the right rate for its date — including the 2026 mid-year rate change.
Tesla owners can import their TezLab history to use the car's own odometer in the report.
No account and no servers. Your trips stay on your iPhone and in your own iCloud. Read the privacy policy.
Allow location and notifications, choose your business calendar if you want one, and you're done.
Mile Ledger logs the trip and sends a notification when you arrive. Tap Business, Personal or Charity on your iPhone or Apple Watch.
Pick a date range, then export a PDF and a CSV for your accountant or your own records.
A free 14-day trial that you start yourself and that never charges you, then a one-time $24.99 unlock. No subscription. Available for iPhone in the United States.
Mile Ledger is free to try for 14 days. You start the trial yourself by tapping “Start 14-Day Free Trial” in the app; it's free and nothing is charged when it ends. After that, a one-time $24.99 unlock keeps filing and exporting available. There is no subscription. Drives are always recorded, even before you start a trial or after it ends, so no trip is ever lost.
So Mile Ledger can notice and record a drive while the app is closed — that's the whole point of an automatic log. With “While Using” only, it could record only the drives you start with the app open. Your location stays on your iPhone and in your own iCloud; it is never sent to G Wiz.
Mile Ledger ignores very short moves (under about 0.3 mile or 2 minutes) so a trip to the mailbox or a move across a parking lot doesn't clutter your log. It also discards anything your iPhone's motion sensor says wasn't driving, such as walking or cycling. If a real drive is missing, make sure Location is set to “Always” and Motion & Fitness is allowed in Settings, then tell us.
Open Mile Ledger, go to the Settings tab, open the Unlock section, and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought it with. That brings back both your unlock and your free trial, so a trial that has ended doesn't start over.
Open the Report tab, choose a date range (This year or Last year, or set your own dates), then tap Prepare PDF or Prepare CSV and share the file wherever you like. Exporting needs the free trial or the unlock. The file is created on your iPhone and goes only where you send it.
Yes. Trips are stored on your iPhone and in your own private iCloud database. G Wiz has no server for Mile Ledger and no way to see where you drive. Full detail in the privacy policy.
